Terrible customer service!
They dont honour their warranty and they try not to answer you if you have problems with the shoe.
I spent €200 on a shoe that lasted only 4 months. Never buying NB again!!!
I'd sell my soul for soles that would last.
Wearer: 74YO male, single leg amputee. Zero exercise/activities. Just walking and standing. Again, we tried another pair of NB shoes, again. Even though every previous pair has had the soles literally peel off within 2-4 months. The last 4 pairs have had various sole failures. I normally just use epoxy to put them back on. But this last pair was different. The soles peeled off and were glued back on. Then, the colored part of the sole, on the heels, it just slid off. But not all the way off, just enough to wad up under your foot. I had to cut it off, smooth it up, and epoxy it back on. I'm sorry but when you pay this kind of money for a shoe, and you don't run or walk for exercise, just daily use type shoes, you expect a minimum of 6 to 12 months. Minimum. I really do not understand why the quality of NB shoes has so completely fallen apart in the last 5 years.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service! And rude- in particular “Steve”, who requires training in how to talk to people, or should be made unemployed. Failed to deliver items, they were signed for and taken by ups. New balance won’t look into it, despite having evidence.
Do not buy from them!!!!!!!

They oversell their online stock
I placed an order online and a week later I was contacted and told my order had been cancelled. They had oversold the item and couldn’t fill the order. I wouldn’t trust ever ordering online with this company again. They hold the funds on one hand and oversell their stock on the other. Buyer beware!

Second and last time I purchase New Balance. First pair developed a fault after one week of light use. Was a real pain getting an exchange despite paying for one of the most expensive products they have. The second online purchase came in the wrong colour so I have to return it and wait for my refund. If I could give a 0 I would they are the worse trainer's I have ever tryed, I got them because I have plantar fasciitis and was told they were good I could hardly get them on my feet there is no support at all at the back and there wide fitting is nothing to talk about x right back were I got them from ASAP

Scam
Ordered 2 of the same insoles, billed for 2, receipt says 2, packing slip says 2, RECEIVED 1. They have had our money and our product for almost 2 months. They will not properly resolve it. This is ridiculous. Avoid this lesser, yet expensive brand at all costs.

Plain and simple, they are terrible. The shoes have the worst innersoles, and you are expected to purchase expensive innersoles regularly or with the new shoes you just bought. What? Why would my brand new shoes be unwearable? BUT the shoes are not built to last in the first place. Either buy cheap shoes that you replace regularly, or buy real ones. These are expensive trash that cost a load of money to not maintain

New Balance - Cutting corners
NO LONGER and CUSTOMER. I have been a New Balance customer for 35 plus years. I have always paid more for Made in USA. Unfortunately, the last two pair I have purchased the rubber mid-soles have started to deteriorate and when I contacted New Balance they denied my warranty claim because I did not keep receipts. I guess my 35 years of loyalty to New Balance means nothing. Their customer service is terrible when i started the request to see if they would take car of these defective shoes.

Customer Service needs to think about the meaning of customer service and don't talk down to me. I will just go with another brand which is fine with me.
